So I was listening to some old Metallica, and was trying to figure out why they don't sound quitle like I thought they should. And then--my god! they sound so young! ANd then I looked, and that was off their first album, back before Cliff died, and they were most of them only 20 whne they did it.... They sounded like kids still! Or maybe I'm just getting old.... Of course, Metallica these days just annoys me, but I can still listen to the old stuff and pretend they're still cool.... Oh how they used to rock. But something about a band that can shamelessly tour with Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park, I don't know. It just smacks of Sell Out Tour. Among other things. The tour is really just symbolic, I guess.
Oh yeah, and there's a quiz. Remy wanted me to take it, and then he had never heard of the ship it called me. Because yeah, I took the which StarTrek ship are you quiz.... Have any of you heard of this one?

You are a Steamrunner-class Destroyer, Starfleet's
prodigal black sheep. You are unique in your

surprises all. Skeptics will find that your

above and beyond the norm.

Date: 2003-11-13 10:09 am (UTC)The steam runner class began production in 2371 after StarFleet realized it needed to develop a new way to defend against the larger disposable Jem Ha'dar fleets. As a result the steam runner is armed with long rage Tri-Cobalt Torpedoes. These torpedoes can be fired from long range and cause missive explosions that damage everything within range. As a consequence for the tremendous energy it takes to fire its weapons the Steam Runner tends to be slower and have less shielding than its counterparts, making it an easy target if engaged at close range.
Special Weapons
Engine Overload
The SteamRunner Class can be outfitted with an engine overload weapon. This blast disables the engines of multiple enemy ships allowing them to use their long-range torpedoes on immobile targets or escape from an incoming attack.
...being that this description mentions the jem-hadar i think i was correct in stating that it is from DS9 ~frogger
