and an update. Apparently the repairs I did on the table for the sewing machine are not gettign along well with the damp (read: lots of glue to compensate for a lack of good nailing places, so I dud it the say it had been done before....) In any case, the table is coming apart. It holds when the machine is open and balanced, but not when it's hangigng inside. But really, this is just not good at all, this whole disintigrating table thing.... And now there's nowhere good to work on it, having adjusted the whole back of the house to accomodate the new piles of junk it's supposed to hold. Like all the Rubbermaids, and the sewing machine, and wahtnot.... And I doubt that my guitar, which was in the studio, is all that amused, though it was on the "dry" side of the room.
