Oh but how odd life is....
Jul. 23rd, 2003 01:35 amOr not. I'm old now. Of course, I don't feel any older at all.... Tomorrow I have to go to work and look like a good little employee or quit, or be fired. Whatever. I don't really caer, to be honest. Remy's ugliest cotehardie in the world is progressing well, though I did nothing with it today, instead opting to work embroidery. I have no idea why, but it looks good, and is shiny. And it went by remarkably fast. This in itself rather frightens me. I hate embroidery, why would i subject myself to this sort of torture? The design is small and intricate and full of little spirals and stuff, but is rather pretty. And easy. And how would I figure out what are standard measures for small medium and large? And I need opinions. From as many people as possible, especially SCA or history sorts. Which patterns should I make most of for genero-tunics? Options can be found here. I think odd things might have happened today. I don't remember. I do know that photos were taken of the large R2D2 we keep in the living room holding a sword, and then later sitting at a desk watching Star Wars. I refuse to be party to these twisted plans. Stuff. Bed now. Sleep.
