And I'm not going to tell you what t is, unless you really need to know or have some sort of potential advice to give. It's just not the sort of thing you share with people. So far I can guess which of you that would be, and well, you will know eventually. but my health has been unpleasantly compromised. Oh well, it had to happen sooner or later. Feh. I'm stil lbeing snarky about that,

And we had to walk home from the doctor.

Of course, had we not done so, we would not have brought home the wheel chair that was on the sidewalk with a big *free* sign near it, along with all sorts of other random junk. I now have a pair of *really* nice boots that I can wear with my medieval dresses. Dark leather, just over the ankle, leather soles, and if I take out the zippers and replace them with laces, they won't be too far out of period. Ok, they will, but I don't care. They're more solid than Chinese slippers, and can be used when walking through mud. And they are from Florsheim. I'm pleased. Also free. And a model ship for James, for whatever purpose he might have. I don't know, it makes a rather lovely shipwreck, if you ask me. No one will I think. And the requisite pile of books. And four chair legs of the lion claw variety, which are currently being used as decorations. Being unfinished and apparently new, I want to paint them in interesting colours, and possibly put an Ottoman on them. Or something. I don't know yet. And that's definately far in the future.

But I did manage to miss all of my classes today for no good reason in trying to find a doctor to see me. ANd didn't find a clinic until well after my last class ended. Gar.
