Mother Sarawati is one goddess that you're like.
Saraswati means "The essence of the
self." This Goddess gives knowledge and
the wisom and strengh to become what you want
to reach. Many students or teachers may worship
this goddess in beleif to gain the power of
reaching their goal. You want to reach your
goal in life and you want the strengh to
accomplish a high level of standards to be
successful. So much like Saraswati, you may be
deeply into music or art and that means you are
most like her than the rest of the Goddess
What Hindu God or Goddess are you like?

So I return to post a quiz. go figure. But I have a monitor again, which counts as a good thing, as opposed to yesterday when it dind't work at all and just beeped, and the previous night, when Remy put it on when I was at work and it worked for him but as soon as I got there it beeped. Not even a light to register that anything connected.
This after nearly quitting in panic because *everything* went wrong. Everything broke at the same time, and the manager had gone out for lunce. Out, as in not in the building. Both the registers were behaving badly, the computer was being a bitch, and then a person called, the phone hung up on her, and she called back being bitchy, and because the line was tremendous (of course) I couldn't get to her immediately, so she called back again and started screaming at me while I was trying to ring out a customer. And then another, and another, and wouldn't let me put her on hold. After the manager got back and said I could take out the garbage and go on break, I was sertiously considering disappearing. And I had a plan to call in sick with food poisoning, which I ended up getting anyway. so it wasn't entirely a lie. Just mostly. Considering that I said I was going to the hospital and never *actually* retched my guts out, and went instead to the Faire, and got Very Wet. No, I lied a lot. But this should be fairly normal for going to faires, I di dthat another time too. Of course, that time I called from the road, this time I called from the bathroom of my house. But no one argues with going to the hospital, not when I was sick for the last two hours the night before, so I did manage to look convincing. But really, even I'm not that devoted to detail.
On the other hand, my costume looked fabulous. It was the bridesmaids dress from Jen's wedding, with a fuller green skirt over the black one and under the corset, tucked up to show the balck one, and with a white chemise with long full sleeves and a big straw hat because it was way too sunny and hot and I din'dt want to carry a parasol. And when it started pouring, it kept my face rain free, and my glasses clear. And I finished Remy's new cote the night before, and it is the most amazingly paisley garment I have ever seen. It's violently paisley. Very pretty, in that burn your eyes sort of way.... And while it's tight everywhere, it still has room to move due to insane 14th century cutting techniques. I have no idea what posessed them to try such a design, but it looks good, and in the end that's what matters.
I lost the clasp I was going to put on his claok. Gar. I looked through everything in the room which leads me to believe it isn't here. Where it would have gone to I don't know, seeing as the box it was in didn't go very far. And everything else in it appears to be intact.
Have to wash the laundry. Have to wash the red fabric for my next dress, ,eeing as it's *red*, and we all know what fresh red cotton does. Especially over a nice bright-white chemise. bad idea, that. And not wash the dark red-purple wool that will be either an 18th century riding coat, or a short jacket. depends on how far I can stretch it. It's lovely and thick andd stiff, and will have to be worn over something else, and lined heavilly. It itches, and I'm not even bothered by wool usually. But it's pretty! And again, what else matters?
