So this morning Remy sent me in search of a few articles--ok, not really, but he mentioned them, and since I happen to still be awake, it seemed like a good idea to find them. In the first, dating from Sunday, Iraq said they would disarm all the way, but only if we stop acting the bully. (Otherwise what motivation have they got?)
