yes, yes yes. I know all this *logically*. Theoretically. Sensibly. But when have you ever known me, in all the last several years, to embody any of these virtues? I was also trained from a very early age that I'm supposed to be completely self sufficient, which I also know is very silly. I'm trying to grow out of it. It just takes work.

And yes, I am still very much alive and well.
